Beef Biltong (96%): Beef, spirit vinegar, salt, coriander, garlic, black pepper, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium nitrate), nutmeg, cloves, chilli; chilli rub (4%): rice flour, sugar, salt, yeast extract, dried spirit vinegar, dried TABASCO® (red pepper, distilled vinegar, salt), chilli, garlic, onion, paprika extract

Made from approx. 250g beef per 100g jerky. No allergens present. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened consume within 24 hours.
