Our Original Beef Jerky is inspired by our love of a good bourbon. It is tenderised in a sweet marinade, gently air-dried and hand-finished with a smoky BBQ rub. Like a subtly smoky Old-Fashioned, this is speakeasy cocktail bar meets Deep South smokehouse.
Bowled over by bulgogi on a recent trip to Seoul, we combined a sweet soy marinade with a spicy sticky rub for our Korean BBQ Beef Jerky…it’s oozing K-Pop and crying out for kimchi!

KOREAN BBQ BEEF JERKY INGREDIENTS: Beef, Brown Sugar, Yeast Extract, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Sugar, Demerara Sugar, Soy Sauce Powder (Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Salt, Spirit Vinegar), Maltodextrin, Salt), Coriander, Tomato, Garlic, Maize Starch, Onion, Paprika, Black Pepper, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Cayenne Chilli, Smoked Paprika, Acidity Regulators (Sodium Diacitate, Citric Acid), Ground Ginger, Nutmeg, Clove, Smoke Flavouring, Sunflower Oil, Chilli.
Made from approx. 160g beef per 100g jerky. For allergens see ingredients in bold. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened consume within 24 hours.
