One thing I miss on a keto diet is crisps. What I don't miss is rancid, carcinogenic vegetable oils.
These Pork Puffs have none of that. Just a delicious flavour, a satisfying crunch and a decent chunk of your daily protein intake.

These are my go to snack. After having bariatric surgery it gives me vital protein, minus carbs and hits the spot to help with snack cravings. LOVE IT!
