I dont want you to publish this - but as you asked what I thought of your salted pork puffs - I love them but I noticed some of them don’t PUFF up as much (are they still connected with the skin?). Some pieces are dry and may be overcooked. - the rest are HEAVEN…..please just take note of this and try and get every piece light and fluffy - I love them!
